These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thenestfertility.com (the “Website”), operated by The Nest Fertility – Woman Wellness and Fertility Clinic, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (“The Nest”, “we”, “us”). 1. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about The Nest, our doctors, centres and treatments, and lets you contact us and request appointments. It does not provide medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment. Please read our Legal & Medical Disclaimer.
2. Appointments
- An appointment request made through the Website is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- Appointment times may occasionally change because of medical emergencies or a doctor’s availability. We will try to inform you in advance and offer another slot.
- If you cannot attend, please let us know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient.
- Consultation and treatment fees are as communicated by the clinic. Any online payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the clinic’s policy communicated at the time of booking.
3. Your responsibilities
When using the Website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information, and book only for yourself or with the consent of the person you are booking for.
- Not misuse the Website, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, sending spam, or interfering with its operation.
